We welcome private referrals from patients for all aspects of Oral Surgery, Dental Implants & Sedation.  Please use the form below or you can submit your referral by email.

Please note that patients cannot refer themselves on the NHS and must be referred to us by their dentist. Patients can refer themselves directly in the private sector only.
